- Account & Verification Details: Full name, trade name, company legal status, Commercial Registry (Registre de Commerce / RC) documentation, Tax ID (NIF), wilaya location, and operational warehouse address.
- Authentication Data: WhatsApp telephone number and one-time temporary OTP verification codes.
- Wholesale Orders & Ratings: Product selections, wholesale unit quantities, minimum order quantities (MOQ), agreed delivery timelines, delivery confirmations, and 3-pillar objective ratings.
3. WhatsApp OTP Authentication & Regional Agents
AkidFood Market relies on passwordless authentication:
- No Passwords Stored: You never have to create or store a password on our servers. Authentication is securely confirmed via WhatsApp OTP sent directly to your registered mobile phone.
- Regional Agent Verification: Professional accounts are reviewed and validated within 24 hours by a dedicated regional agent who checks official Algerian commercial registry credentials.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your information is processed exclusively for legitimate operational purposes:
- Order Facilitation: Generating digital purchase slips, notifying suppliers of incoming inquiries, and transmitting delivery coordinates.
- Account Validation: Regional agents verify company legitimacy and business registration before granting catalog permissions.
- Fraud Prevention & Marketplace Safety: Protecting legitimate buyers and producers against unauthorized access and unfulfilled orders.
